Wayne is an author with 15 titles under his belt and the producer of numerous audio learning programmes. He is also the founder and president of the International Coaching Achievers Network (ICAN), an organisation committed to nurturing entrepreneurship and has subsequently enabled many to launch their own careers as independent business owners.
